Returns policy
You have the right to return the products you buy within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case the cost of returning the products is yours.
Special order products are non-refundable.
Please note that returns are only accepted if:
- The product has not been further tested, washed or assembled
- All product accessories, such as the box, tabs and proof of purchase, must be returned without damage, as all of the above are part of the product
- If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned with the product.
- Shipping costs are borne by you.
- Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. We inform you that the company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace.
